CANNOT SEE ART WORK , from the net , I try to save, please help me !

I am trying to see artwork , but it seems that Xp does
not do this from the internet when I copy or "save to"
in my computer, how can I fix this. or is Xp just the
pits !

Here is what I get when I try to get some info on how to
do this... seems there is no answer here ! Please help me
if you can.

This behavior can occur if you are using America Online (AOL)
to download the graphic files, and the AOL software is configured
to compress graphics. To resolve this behavior, turn off the option
to compress graphics in AOL, and then download the graphic files
