Cannot see a client PC

Dear All,

I have pc, whose name cannot be seen in the Network
Neighbourhood, in the group the PC is defined (workgroup).
However, the application and pinging is is working fine

Kindly advice,

Is NetBIOS enabled on that computer? Is it perhaps running personal firewall
software?
