Cannot save onto zip disk due to file permission error

I can no longer save a file onto a zip disk - I get a message saying that I
cannot save it due to a file permission error. I can still save onto my hard
drive. How can I fix this? It just started happening.
 
You should never save directly to removable storage. Save it to your hard
disk and then copy it to the zip disk.
