Cannot Save .gif Files

I have recently lost the capability to save images on the
web as .gif files. In fact, the only option available is
a .bmp format and obviously that does not include the
animation feature of the .gif. Can anyone help??????

Hi, Hector.

The usual fix for this is to empty your TIF cache. In IE, click Tools |
Internet Options... and check the middle of the first (General) tab.
