Cannot Save Attachment

Hi,

We are having a problem with all versions of outlook where users are unable to save attachments to their personal network drive. We are using a DELL NAS 715n device for their personal drives. However on a standard server a user can save attachments without problem.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Hi

are the attachments coming through or not accessible at
all??

If they are coming through, can you save them to the
desktop and then copy to personal folders?

Hi Mark,

The attachements are coming through ok and if they are saved to the desktop they can then be moved anywhere else including the personel drives. Oddly if the file name already exists then it will happily overwrite the file. It just wont allow anyone to create a new file.
