Hello all,
I'm trying to save an e-mail message as an outlook
template. The strange thing is, I've done this before,
but now I can't seem to figure it out again. Since I did
it the last time, I've reformatted my hard drive and
reinstalled Windows and Office and all that. I use Word
as my e-mail editor - then and now. Is there some
default setting that I need to change in order to save an
e-mail as an Outlook template?
When I click File > Save As..., "Outlook Template" is not
listed in the Save as type: drop-down box.
Thanks for any help. This is driving me insane.
