cannot rule out an email sender that belongs to a list

The email header reads usually:
"listname"[ list email address] on behalf of "username" [user email address]

I cannot make a rule that would filter using the username instead of the
listname

Try the "with specific words in the sender's address" or the "with specific
words in the message header" condition.
