I've read several posts similar to my problem and have tried suggested
remedies, but none avail. I'm using Outlook 2003 SP2 to access a Pop
mail account
Here's my problem:
On the left side of the window, Outlook presents my "personal folders",
which are fine, then "Archive Folders". I want to delete these
folders, but cannot.
I have a backup archive.pst file in another directory I want to
substitute for this folder. However, when I add that archive folder, I
end up with two Archive Folders.
I don't want to create a new profile.... unless someone can show me how
to quickly and easily copy all my old emails, contacts, notes, tasks,
and calendar entries from my old profile to my new profile.
Any takers out there?
