Cannot reinstall Corel Draw 12

I keep getting the following error message when trying to reinstall Corel
Draw 12, other programs install just fine. I don't understand why it won't
let me reinstall Corel Draw 12.

The following message pops up:

This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists
and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to verify that
this is a valid Windows Installer patch package.

HELP!!

Although this article relates to office it may assist you with your problem with
Corel.
You receive the "This patch package could not be opened" error message in an Office
program

Looks like you will need the Windows Cleanup Utility to clean up the previous Corel
installation before attempting a reinstall.
