Cannot receive e-mail in Outlook 2003

I keep receiving this error:

Task 'domain.com - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC93): ' The server
responded: + OK'

I have tried removing the account and re-creating but it still does not
work. The same account works in Outlook Express on the same machine.

Try importing the account from OE. File>Import and Export>Import Internet
Mail Account Settings.
 
That is a great suggestion but unfortunetly Outlook Express is no longer
working either.

The Web Designer for my wife's website just moved our site to a new server
and installed a new SSL so I am wondering because of the timing if the two
events are related.

If neither OL nor OE work, then the problem must be external to either.
Speak to the person who changed the server.
