cannot paste web images, hyperlinked text, other Web items into Wo

Hello,

For the past two business days I have not been able to copy and paste web
images, hyperlinked text, and web page content that is not "plain" text into
Word 2003 documents.

Here is some information to describe the issue:

**When I copy hyperlinked words such as "Arts & Humanities" from a web page
into Word, the following text displays: {HYPERLINK
"http://lii.org/search/file/artscraftshum"}. (When I copied {HYPERLINK...}
from Word and pasted it into this email message the text, "Arts &
Humanities," reappeared!)

**Copying and pasting images from a Web page into a Word document create
similiar results--no visible image, just {hyperlink information}.**

**The Paste Special options, Unformatted Text and Unformatted Unicode Text,
options allow Web text to be pasted into a Word document.

**The Paste link radio button and Display as icon checkbox are grayed out in
the Paste Special box regardless of the option selected.**

**When I right-click to copy words on a website that don't seem to be
hyperlinked such as "Find out what's happening by..." and
then right-click or use keyboard commands to paste these words into a Word
document, no text or hyperlink information is pasted. (I am able to use Paste
Special options EXCEPT the HTML format option to paste the text such as this
into the Word document.)**

In Word, press Alt+F9 to switch from display of field codes (what you
see now) to field results.
