Cannot Open Word 2003

Hello, I have a question, why after i upgrade my ms word xp into 2003, I
cannot open the file again? (When I open the file, it said that the file is
not available). I have re install it 2 times, however it still like that? Can
Anyone please help me?

Another question. when i try to close the word 2003, it appear the textbox
"the file normal already exist. do you want to replace the existing file?" I
want that textbox dissapear, how to make that box dissapear, because it is
very disturbing. Thank you very much for reading my message! I appreciate it!
