cannot open volume for direct access problem.

I ran check dick recntly and I gaot a message
saying "cannot open volume for direct access problem".
now everytime i startup it does this. how do i get rid of
it?!!! I just saw the same post on here with someone
having the same problem, please help.

Hi will,

If you have ZoneAlarm Pro version 5 installed, that seems to be causing this
problem for a heck of a lot of people. Uninstall version 5, then try running
checkdisk again.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products
