Cannot open Kernel driver

After reinstalling windows couple of time, succesfully, I get two messages at start-u
The first is " Cannot open Kernel driver asLM75.sys and once closed, " Can't load AsmiHwIo.dll
Everything seems to run OK
What kind of problem should I expect
