Help ! Up to now I have been running Windows HP Home Edition without problems. All of a sudden when I try to go online by double clicking the Internet Explorer icon, the hourglass appears for a few second and then disappears but no home page. I am connected to the internet however ( cable connection ) because I can use my Outlook Express to send and receive e-mail. Also when I double click my Windows Explorer, all icons disappear and then reappear a few seconds later but no Windows Explorer. Can these two things be related ? Many thanks in advance for any help.
