Cannot open Excel attachment

We're using Outlook XP and Excel XP with SP2. Two users
just recently started having problems opening a daily
Excel attachment. They get this error message:
Can't create file: navs - baron internal.xls. Right-click
the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions
for the folder.

They cannot open the attachment or save the attachment.
However I am able to open it on my computer. They have no
problems opening any other Excel attachments. Anyone know
what the problem is? Thanks for any help.

Try emptying your Temporary Internet Files folder. In IE, click
Tools>Internet Options>Delete Files.

I tried that and it didn't work for me. My next move was to re install
OfficeXP and see if that makes a difference.
