Hello, I read some of the Q&A's regarding this but I do not understand what
to do still. I really need help opening my email attachments. I keep getting
the message to create an association in the folder options control
panel....or Adobe Reader cannot open-------file. This is attachment. Some are
Word Doc., some Excel and others. I have XP so I have both Word and Excel,
and this just started a couple months ago and I have had my computer for over
a year............PLEASE HELP. I need this to use for my new job.

Thanks so much, Fatima

"I have XP so I have both Word and Excel"
Word & Excel are not bundled within XP......... (yet)

Are you sure you have them?

Having XP does NOT mean you have Word or Excel. They are separarate apps
you have to pay for.

Hello to all again....yes, I am very sure I have both. I may have not worded
the question correctly and "Anonymous" was great enough to help. I got them
open in WordPerfect Office 12........It worked! Praise the Lord! Thanks so
much to all of you!
This is a great site and I am so thankful I found it!

Have a great weekend everyone! Fatima
