Cannot open attached files in recived windovs mail

Hi

I cannot open PDF - or office - or other files, who are attach'ed to
inkommein e-mails.
I have all the nessesery programs, but cannot open them.
If I copy them to the writing table, then i can open them. ??
Why is that so ??
It is verry anoying !!
