Cannot Open Archive Folders from Exchange Server with POP3 configuration

I archived several folders from an Outlook 2003 account
that was connected to an exchange server. I need to open
these on a different machine with Outlook 2002 configured
for pop3 access. I am getting an error "Properties for
this information service must be defined prior to use". I
do not have access to the exchange server or any exchange
server now. Is there anything that I can do ?

How did you "archive" them? If they' are in a PST, just user
File>Open>Outlook Data File to open the PST.

If another answer by me shows up, ignore it. I glossed over the "saved on
2003, trying to read in 2002" part. You posted this same question twice and
the answer in the other thread is accurate.
