cannot open any folders

Suddenly when I try to open any folder, my computer,
files, internet explorer, i get a message: Error This
module was compiled with a trial version of DDelphi. The
trial period has expired. After I press OK the screen
refreshes. System Restore does not do anything.Please help.

Cesar, did you install this software. http://www.notecenter.net/ If yes,
go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and
remove it.
