cannot mpty clipboard

I m using windows 2003 Terminnal Srver,& i have 15 Terminal Clint .I m facing one messare problem,when i m working on Excel getting this error (cannot empty clipboard).Last on maonth back i have got one file from ur side for this particular error, thats file name is (WindowsServer2003-kb840872-x86-enu).But i Still Geeting this cannot Empty the clipboare when i m working on Excel.So pls can u give the updated patch for this errors.
pls help me.
