I have windows xp client connecting to windows nt domain.
I can get onto the domain with no problem but I cannot
lanuch Lotus notes when I am log onto the domain. When I
disconnect from the domain. lotus notes work fine. The
only way I can launch Lotus notes when I am connected to
the domain is to right click on the notes.exeicon and RUN
AS administrator. Please advise

Notes is an 'interesting' program... (where 'interesting' == 'piece of junk'
in most cases) It creates a whole bunch of temp files in it's home folder,
not in the Temp folder like well-behaved and well-written programs should.

It sounds like there's a rights issue with the Lotus folder on your PC.
Your normal user account may not have the proper authority to the Lotus
folder (if older than version 6, it's more than likely c:\lotus). It's been
my experience that the user will need Change/Modify permissions to the
folder, and to the subfiles.
