Cannot install TT font

I am unable to install TT font..I go to Install new Font but the font does
not show up in dialog box..thank you
 
If its a True Type font then open you windows folder and then the fonts
folder and drag it in, Windows will then install it, restart machine for font
to be recognised by the system.

thank you but I receive an error message saying it is unable to install, that
the file is either invalid or damaged...
