Cannot install older games

When I try to install older games on my new pc i get the erro "Windows cannot
find the path d\:setup.exe (or whatever the filename is.) I've got all the
latest drivers and have tried the compatibility mode but problem persists.
Please help!!!

How old te games are?
I found a lot of 95/98 games with really low price. Can I buy and play
them??
