Cannot have 2 browsers open at the same time

I'm running IE6 on NT 4.0. Whenever I have my browser
open and I try to launch another browser window I loose my
first window as IE6 launches the new browser window. any
help??

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Uncheck "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts".
