Cannot get Outlook to unload from memory on exit.

I have loaded Office 2003 over Office 2002. When I exit Outlook, using
Windows Task Manager is the only way to unload it from memory. Has anyone
else experienced this problem?

A cradled Pocket PC can sometimes cause this. It can also be caused by other
applications trying to access Outlook.
Try using Knockout for notification and termination:
