I have 2 PCs connected via a wireless DSL/Router both of which used to be
able to access the Internet.

My "Slave" PC will noe now connect to the Internet although the master works
ok. They are both being fed by the same router.

Both machines can "see" each other and I can copy files and folders between
the two.

Can anyone please tell me how to get my slave PC to connect to the internet?
This is driveing me mad and I would be grateful for any help please

Look at the TCP/IP settings on both PCs:

1. Open the Network Connections folder.
2. Right-click the LAN connection.
3. Click Status.
4. Click Support.
5. Click Details.

Is there anything different between them that would explain why the
"Slave" can't connect to the Internet? In particular the Default
Gateway and DNS Server settings should be the same on both computers.
