Cannot FTP files

I am not able to FTP files in Outlook Express 6. I can send email if it does not include a file attachment, but if I attach a file, it will not complete send
I also cannot FTP upload using IE6
I cannot FTP upload using CoffeeCup5.2
I cannot FTP upload using Sausage HotDog6
Cannot FTP upload using WS_FT
Cannot FTP upload using Macromedia Contribute 2

My system is XP SP1. Using Windows XP firewall
Connected to internet via DrecWay DW6000 satellit

Any help appreciated

I would check with your ISP. Might be a
satellite prob.

While searching for a better ISP, I looked into satellite. The few I
found had very limited file transfer options. It seemed they only
allowed browsing and even had strict byte limits on that.
