cannot forward messages 0r attachments

For the past month I can't forward any messages from my
in-box. the format changes when I do try. also, can't
forward any attachments included in these messages.

What are you using to access your email, a web browser or some email
program, such as Outlook or OE, that physically resides on your computer?
