CANNOT FIND WORDPAD

I RECENTLY HAD MANY PROBLEMS ON MY PC AND SINCE THEN I CANNOT FIND "WORDPAD"
, IT HAS JUST DISAPPEARED, I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING TO FIND IT BUT NO LUCK,
CAN I REINSTALL IT FROM SOMEWHERE OR WOULD I HAVE TO REINSTALL WINDOWS ?? I
REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, PLEASE IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN HELP ME ??

First, turn off your caps lock. All caps is considered shouting. Second,
yes, you can reinstall XP and get WordPad back.
 
firstly i know nothing about "shouting" but i do now so sorry about that
one, secondly how do i go about reinstalling xp ??

First, save all your important files to a CD, DVD, tape backup, or (god
forbid) floppy disks. Then, pop the Windows XP CD in the drive, reboot,
hit the key to make your computer boot from the CD, and delete the
partition that has Win XP on it. Now, do a fresh install of WinXP and you
should be just fine.

Your suggestion is pretty drastic, isn't it???
Just run Add/Remove Software and open Remove or Add Windows Parts (Direct
Translation from XP Home Dutch). There you can add ONLY Wordpad by
(de)selecting various components WITHOUT reinstalling Windows...
