Cannot find Web Page or DNS Error

I have a website that I can no longer access from my home
pc but all other PCs i've tried can. XP srvpck 1. I
ususally use IE 6 but when it didn't work I tried Opera
and it failed too. ISP says its a windows problem. I
turned off my Norton Internet Security and still no
luck. Have run numerous parasite, virus scans (ad-aware,
spybot, cwshredder, etc.) IE has 128 cypher. Thanks
