I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this but here goes.
For some reason I can't seem to access www.climbingboulder.com. One
day the shortcut for this site in my "Favorites" stopped working.
I've waded through a lot of previous posts looking for answers and
still nothing works. Here's what I've done and know about this
problem.

I know it's not the site itself because I can access it on other pcs.
I've checked all the SSL, TSL, PCT security stuff under Internet Tools
with no results.
I've checked all the HOSTS folders.
I've checked the Internet Zones/Trusted Sites for problems.
I'm trojan/virus free (as far as I know).
All my software is up to date (XP Pro w/ SP2).
Alternate browsers won't access the site either.
No other sites on my pc give me any troubles.

Is there a setting somewhere on pc that might be blocking this site?
The only other thing I can think of would be my DSL router. Any
ideas?

Try going into your browsers preferences under edit then advanced and clear
your cache then restart your browser see if that works
