Cannot find network neigberhood for XP?

I am using XP with SP3, and cannot find my netowork neigberhood, which
disappear on my desktop, does anyone have any suggestions on how to locate it?

Right-click on your desktop, pick Properties - Desktop - Customize Desktop.
Check the boxes of the items you want to show on your desktop. Note: It's
not Network Neighborhood any more, it's My Network Places. Same thing,
though.
