cannot find ms09.dll

alkl of a sudden, I received message that outlook could
not find ms09.dll in a bunch of Directories.
Is there a fix for this?

Not entirely sure if this will help, but here's 1 article i found
relating to that specific .dll:

I found this by searching the Msft KB for ms09.dll - there were more
articles than just that one, hopefully one of them will help you :)
