cannot find file fault keeps popping up

I keep getting a cannot find file c:\winint\dlm.htm box
that appears. When I OK it, I get a small internet
exployer home page that appears. If I am away for a
while. I have many boxes waiting along with the blank
sites of http://c.coolshader.com.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated with the program's update function
before every use, even when just downloaded. There's also a lot more to do
