Cannot find C:\WINDOWS\systems32\System32.exe

Any ideas where I can 'reinstall' it or what it is I need to do to 'replace'
it? I get this pop up every time I start my PC. Sorry for the novice
questions, but this has me baffled! lol

System32.exe is _not_ a valid Windows file, but rather a file name
commonly used for a component of several well-known viruses, worms,
and Trojans.
