I have Outlook 2003 which I have used for several years and 2002 before that.
This past week my machine crashed and I have installed and reinstalled all of
my software many, many times. I now have everything back installed except
Outlook. I cannot install at all now because I get the message that the
installation source has been corrupted. I guess this is because I have tried
to reinstall so many times over the past couple of weeks. All of my personal
information and doctors appointments are in Outlook and now I cannot even
install it! I understand the problem with bootleg copies of software, etc.
but this is not the case here. I have purchased Outlook each time a new
version comes out. And now I cannot even install. Could someone please assist
me? Thanks.......

Why can't you install? Error message exactly? Have you tried copying the
CD to disk and installing from there?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, AMC asked:

Hi Milly,
Thanks for your reply. The message I get says that installation cannot
continue because the source has been corrupted. Then nothing happens after
that. I have tried with the installation disk, a backup of the disk, and from
my C: drive. I get the same thing each time. I thought about going and
purchasing another copy but why should I do that when I have paid over a
hundred bucks for each of the Outlook programs I have purchaed over the past
few years.

Any suggestions would be appreciated very much.

Andy
