My Windows XP Professional desktop is connected to
broadband cable via a wireless lan. I would also like to
install a dialup/modem connection but the "New Connection
Wizard" does not allow that to happen. The dialup
options are 'grayed out' and only the cable connection is
check -and cannot be un-checked.
Is there any way to switch back and forth between cable
and dialup connections?
Thanks,
Jack

Ramesh,
Thanks for the reply -however, I tried both the
procedures in 320558 and in 329441. I still have the
problem. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Jack

Hi Jack, I've seen an instance where reapplying SP1 solved the problem.
