cannot enable ICS, help!

Hi,
i can't enable ICS on a dial up connection, i had it enabled, but had to disable it for a test, now when i click accept it displays an error box that says "Cannot enable shared access, Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"

i have winxp sp1, and haven't installed nothing in quite a while, so, what can i do?, reinstall SP1?
i'm in dire need for help!
