Cannot edit "access this computer from the network" Grayed out.

Clean install of Windows XP Pro with sp1. As soon as it
is connected to the Windows 2003 domain, the "access this
computer from the network" in user rights assignment is
gray out and cannot be edited. The icon to the left is
different than all the other icons in this group. 3 other
running XP computers on this domain exhibit the same icon
and grayed out buttons. I suspect a setting in 2003
Server but, cannot find anything.

The computer is being subjected to AD imposed GPO
that sets this policy. Use the Resultant Set of Policy
mmc snap-in or GPMC in order to determine what GPO
is imposing the policy.
