cannot download

Hope someone can help me
I cannot download from IE vers. 6 with service pack 2
Used to be able to right click and "save target as" but even that comes up
with
"I E cannot download "file name" no such interface supported.

any ideas please ???

get mozilla's firefox....it's way better and you can control security
