Cannot download mail

I am having a problem downloading my mail - I keep on
getting the following error messages - please help

Task 'brilnet.co.za - Sending and Receiving' reported
error (0x800CCC0F) : 'The connection to the server was
interrupted. If this problem continues, contact your
server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'


Task 'Hotmail - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCCF0) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCCF0'

Task 'Hotmail: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.'
reported error (0x800CCCF0) : 'The service is currently
unavailable. Try again later.'

Try increasing your server timeout value.
