Any one know what the solution is??

AOLTechLES: AOL Computer Check-Up did not detect any
errors in your AOL software. Is there anything that I can
assist you with at this time?
loseweightnow196: I was trying to down load the AOL for
Broad band soft ware and it keeps telling me that I need
to log in as administrator which I already am... I also
restarted my pc and that didn't work either....
any suggestions??
AOLTechLES: Please hold while I find this information.
loseweightnow196: k
AOLTechLES: Thank you very much for waiting. :)
loseweightnow196: :-) no problem
AOLTechLES: Regarding your concern, in order to
successfully download it, you need to contact Microsoft
so that they can allow a certain file on your Operating
System which is Windows XP.
loseweightnow196: What would that be?
AOLTechLES: I sincerely apologize but since the issue is
on your Operating system, I may not be able to determine
the exact name of the file, but please be assured that
they will be helping you to allow that file which
restricts you from doing this.
loseweightnow196: ok I will contact them...thanks for
your help
AOLTechLES: You're most welcome. Please feel free to come
back here anytime you have a question or concern
regarding the AOL software and its service.
The session has ended!

They're idiots. BUT FYI, if you really are in dire need of installing
AOL, they're freaking disks are everywhere. I even saw a box at my
Post Office. Go to any computer gaming store in the mall and I bet
you'll find a free disk.
