Cannot download any files!

Since installing Zonealarm security suite i cannot download any files from
the 'net,the download box opens but then freezes,if i click to close the box
it crashes to the desktop. Ive tried downloading with Zonealarm disabled and
still have the problem,ive scanned for viruses,adware and spyware and found
nothing. Please help !!

I don't believe the firewall is causing the download to fail but have
you checked into the other options? The security suite also includes
other security functions including virus protection.

If all else fails, uninstall the Zone Alarm security suite and see if
you can download OK. Just disabling ZA does not turn it off as there
are services which still run including some that are hidden.
