Hello,

One of my users is unable to display our password protected agent web site
which we've been trying for several weeks. He's able to display our primary
site just fine (www.x4communications.com), but after entering his username &
password from that page he's directed back to the primary site. We've tried
other working username/password combinations, but nothing seems to work.
Also, I'm able to use his login info successfully from any other computer.
Any thoughts?

Here's what I've done:
1) Cleared his local cache through IE6's Internet Options "Delete Files"
button.
2) Reviewed all programs in the Run registry setting, but all look fine.
3) Reviewed all programs in the Task Manager, but all look fine.
4) Ran Ad-Aware.
5) Contacted his ISP (Comcast) for help, but they were unable to resolve the
problem.
6) Contacted Dell, but they were unable to resolve the problem.

Here's the user's configuration
* Dell 2400
* OS Name Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition - Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack
1 Build 2600
* Internet Explorer: Version 6.0.2800.1106 - Build 62800.1106

Thanks - Steve
