"Cannot display page" after installing xq updates

When on the internet, I cannot log into my email at
netscape or check my bank account. I log into netscape
and get "Cannot display page". Same thing for any website
that I have to log into--secure websites etc. Any
suggestions? All my internet browser security settings
are set to default.
