Cannot display Ebay icons on websites

Can someone assist with which setting in IE6 I need to cahnge to allow me to
view ebay icons and other company icons on a website.

I visit a website that I know they are on but they refuse to display. Can
someone help me switch them on.

Send an e-mail to webmaster@<thatdomain>, or whatever contact e-mail or
web form they provide, to notify them that their code to link to the
eBay icons or their local files to provide those icons are screwed up.
The admin for the web site design will have to fix the problem.
