I am running Windows XP at home. My PC had one "Computer
Adminstrator" account on it. I created a test account to play with
that funcationality. I had to make it a "Computer Administrator"
account. Now I have two "Computer Administrator" accounts. I now
want to delete the test account. I cannot delete the test account
because the "Delete user" option is not available. I cannot change
the type of the account because it says that I must have at least one
:Computer Administrator" account yet I have two.

Read what the OP wrote, GoumbaYa! He didn't use the same NAME, he tried to
setup another NEW account as the Administrator. XP will only accept ONE &
ONLY ONE Administrator account, though!! By setting your 'test' account to
be Administrator, you pulled those Rights from the original Administrator
account. You MUST login to your machine as the original Administrator, then
find the option to "assign" Administrator Rights back to this original
account. Believe me, XP will do this. Then AND ONLY THEN can you delete the
'test' account! Good luck!
