Cannot delete relationships

i am trying to delete a primary key however every time it tells me i cannot
until i delete the relationships. when i go to the relationships and tell it
to delete all and click show all the relationships are still there. is it
not possible to delete relationships or am i doing something wrong??

You may be just deleting the tables from the relationships window, so they
are not part of the view. That's not deleting the relationships.

To delete a relationship, right-click the line joining 2 tables in the
relationships window. Choose Delete. After confirmation, the relationship
will be deleted. You will still have the tables in the window, but no line
between them.
