For some reason, lately, I have a couple folders on my machine, when I try to delete them it just tells me "Folder is not empty" and it doesn't let me delete it. Or, when I delete a file the file reappears.

How do I delete these? And what may be causing the problem? I have the latest Zone Alarm, might that be the problem? I've shut it down, and tried to delete the files/folders again, and the same thing occurs. I am running Windows XP Home edition on my laptop.

Any help would be appreciated.

What are the folders/files? Where are they? I don't see what this would
have to do with ZA. Depending on what/where the folders are, they could
be malware. More information will get you more focused help.

Open windows explorer.
Go to Tools > Folder Options.
Click on the tab "View"
Select "Show Hidden Files and Folders"
Unselect "Hide protected operation system files"

Then you should be able to see what files are there and delete them.
When you are done, go back and select "Restore Defaults.
Hope this helps
